Farm-Gate & Mandi Ingestion
Preliminary batch inspection at primary APMC aggregation points. Visual sorting for maturity, rot elimination, and moisture pre-checks.
Sortex Optical Cleaning
High-speed multi-camera optical sorters remove discolored seeds, stones, and foreign matter to achieve verified 99.0% to 99.5% purity.
NABL Laboratory Testing
Accredited analytical testing for active chemical values (curcumin, capsaicin), aflatoxins, heavy metals, and destination pesticide MRL compliance.
Pre-Shipment Port Audit
Final stuffing inspection at JNPT or Mundra docks. Container cleanliness, fumigation validation, container seal tracking, and photo dossier logging.
Independent Verification & Cold-Chain Care
We welcome third-party pre-shipment inspection agencies appointed by buyers—including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna—at our warehouse stuffing locations.
Cold-Chain Reefer Management
Calibrated temperature (+0°C to +2°C for onions; +8°C to +10°C for chillies) with continuous satellite humidity tracking.
Packaging Integrity
Export-grade multi-wall paper, breathable leno mesh, food-grade poly linings, and nitrogen barrier corrugated cartons.
